Delivery time: Around 1-2 business days
The parcel can be delivered to business or residential address
Tracking of parcel and signature on delivery are available
Shipments delivered to Hong Kong's residential address or Hong Kong's Designated Areas require an additional business day for delivery
For customers who want to change to pick up in-store after placing the order, the postage and packing cost will not be refunded.

Delivery time: Around 1-2 business days.
You can choose to pick up your parcel at EF Locker, SF Store, SF Business Station, SF Service Partners designated 7-Eleven or Circle-K Stores. Please enter the SF Pickup Code in the address at the checkout page.
If you need to change the SF pick up code/location after placing the order, please contact SF Express directly, additional cost may be charged by SF.
For customers who want to change to pick up in-store after placing the order, the postage and packing cost will not be refunded.

After placing the order and full payment is received, you should receive a pickup confirmation email from us within 3 business days.
Please collect your order within 14 days after you received the email notification of collection. (Shop address and trading hours are available here)
Please bring your own carry bag.
After submitting the order, if customers want to change to have the order shipped instead of picking up from our store, a handling fee of HKD $20 will be charged.
Orders not collected within the said period will be deemed forfeited by customer, and no refund will be provided. The uncollected ordered items will be handled at Not Just A Card’s sole discretion without liability.
