SF Express Delivery
- Delivery time: Around 1-2 business days
- The parcel can be delivered to business or residential address
- Tracking of parcel and signature on delivery are available
- Shipments delivered to Hong Kong's residential address or Hong Kong's Designated Areas require an additional business day for delivery
- For customers who want to change to pick up in-store after placing the order, the postage and packing cost will not be refunded.
SF Express - Self Pickup
- Delivery time: Around 1-2 business days.
- You can choose to pick up your parcel at EF Locker, SF Store, SF Business Station, SF Service Partners designated 7-Eleven or Circle-K Stores. Please enter the SF Pickup Code in the address at the checkout page.
- If you need to change the SF pick up code/location after placing the order, please contact SF Express directly, additional cost may be charged by SF.
- For customers who want to change to pick up in-store after placing the order, the postage and packing cost will not be refunded.
In-Store Pickup
- After placing the order and full payment is received, you should receive a pickup confirmation email from us within 3 business days.
- Please collect your order within 14 days after you received the email notification of collection. (Shop address and trading hours are available here)
- Please bring your own carry bag.
- After submitting the order, if customers want to change to have the order shipped instead of picking up from our store, a handling fee of HKD $20 will be charged.
- Orders not collected within the said period will be deemed forfeited by customer, and no refund will be provided. The uncollected ordered items will be handled at Not Just A Card’s sole discretion without liability.

順豐到付 自取
- 派遞時間: 約1-2個工作天
- 提供郵件追蹤功能及要求進行簽收
- 可選擇於順便智能櫃、順豐站、順豐營業點或順豐合作的7-11或OK便利店取件
實體店自取
- 在一般情況下,顧客會在完成付款,下單後3個工作天內收到電郵通知
- 請於收到取貨電郵通知後14天內,在本店營業時間到實體店取貨 (本店地址及營業時間)
- 取貨時請自備環保購物袋
- 若顧客下單後要求更改取件方式,本公司將收取港幣$30手續費
- 如顧客未能於上述期限內到實體店領取商品,將被視作放棄訂單,任何退款要求均不會受理。本店有權自行處理逾期未取之商品並無須付上責任。
