Handling and shipping time

Once your order is completed online we aim to despatch your order from Melbourne within 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays). Orders are processed in order of receipt. Once shipped, the shipping time will be based on your chosen shipping method.

We ship via Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway. You will receive a shipping notification email that we have shipped your order.

Phone number is compulsory for all delivery, as we need to put your number on the parcel. Please also make sure the shipping details and your email address you have entered are correct.

 

Mother's Day Promotion (Free Shipping)

Simply spend over $100 in one transaction to receive free standard shipping anywhere in Australia! Promo starts from 9 May 2019 and ends midnight 31 May 2019.

 

Standard Shipping

  • We are offering capped price shipping for Standard Shipping within Australia. The Standard Shipping cost is $10.
  • Our Standard shipping method comes with tracking and the shipping status can be tracked online. Please note, sometimes it can take a few days for the tracking information to appear in the system. Please allow 4 to 10 business days for your order to arrive after it is shipped. If you need your order by a specific day, please select Express Shipping.

 

Express Shipping

  • Express shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout based on your total order weight.
  • Our Express shipping method comes with tracking and the shipping status can be tracked online. Please note, sometimes it can take a few days for the tracking information to appear in the system. Please allow 1 to 4 business days for your order to arrive after it is shipped.

 

No Tracking

  • If you select ‘No Tracking’ as shipping method, as the name says, this shipping method is non-trackable.
  • Postage is capped at AUD 3.50 (This covers postage, time, packing and transaction fees.)
  • This option is for ONLY for nibs (no more than 20 nibs) and calligraphy ruler (max 2 rulers only).
  • You will receive a shipping notification email that we have shipped your order, a photo of your parcel will also be attached in the email to prove that we have literally shipped it.
  • If you select 'No Tracking' as shipping method, we are NOT responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. No money will be refunded. Hence, Standard and Express shipping methods are highly recommended.
