Our Loyalty Program

Receive 1 point for every dollar (AUD) you spend.

 

  • 100 points = $5 voucher
  • 200 pointes = $10 voucher
  • 1000 points = $50 voucher

 

*Please note, points vouchers cannot be used with any other offer, sale and gift voucher.

 

 

How do I participate?

  • Sign in or if you haven't already, just click ‘Create a store account’.
  • Click the Reward icon on the bottom right of your screen > Follow the prompts.
  • You will need to verify your account before you can use. A verification email will be sent to your selected email address. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.

 

 

How can I use my points?

It’s very simple and straightforward! Just click on the “Rewards” tab to access the unique discount codes you've earned. You can copy and paste your code at checkout.

 

 

What if I forget to copy the code at checkout?

  • Codes must be applied at checkout for the discount to be valid. Unfortunately, we are unable to add a discount code retrospectively.
  • Unless you've clicked more than one code, you will still be able to use your discount on your next eligible purchase.
  • Codes cannot be combined. Only one code will be accepted at one time.

 

 

Will my points expire?

Yes, the reward points expire 365 days after your purchase.

 

 

How do I check my points?

Click the REWARD icon at the bottom right of the screen at any time to view your current points total and any vouchers you have received. Once you have placed an order, refresh the page to see your new points total.

 

 

I received a refund. Do I keep my points?

If you receive a refund for whatever reason, your points will be automatically deducted from your total and any vouchers will be cancelled if no longer meeting the required points total.

 

 

 

Are shipping costs included?

Unfortunately not. You do not receive points from shipping fees.

 

 

Can I transfer my points to a friend or family member?

All points and rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the original owner of the account whose name matches details provided upon signing up to participate in our loyalty program.

 

 

What if I am missing credit for a purchase?

If you do not see your reward points appear in your account after your original order was placed, please email us at info@notjustacard.com. Please note only orders placed after 1st Feb, 2021 are applicable.

  • Not Just A Card reserves the right to make changes to the loyalty program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in the forfeiture of any unused, but accumulated points and/or rewards.
  • In order to participate, you must have an active Not Just A Card account. Your account must be in good standing to earn and redeem rewards. We reserve the right to cancel your membership in the Not Just A Card loyalty program in the event of fraud, abuse of privileges or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Reward points cannot be applied to account for purchases made prior to 1st Feb, 2021.
  • This program is valid for orders placed on www.notjustacard.com only. This program is not valid for phone/email orders.
