Simply add 30ml of distilled water to 1 teaspoon of crystals. You may add more or fewer crystals depending on how dark you want your ink to be. Wait for 30 minutes and stir it with a micro spatula or a clean brush. You will have a rich sepia-coloured walnut ink.

Non-waterproof.
Lightfast.
Works well in both pointed and broad-edged pen.
Not suitable for fountain pens.
One vial of crystals will be enough for you to make two 60ml walnut inks.
Larger sizes available in bags.
